Ryan Casey
Technical Advisor
Ryan is a Senior Technical Solution Engineer at Cisco and is currently based in Dallas, TX. Ryan leads intelligent building design, data strategy and digital transformation for Cisco. Previously, he lead architecture system design and implementation for Schneider Electric in North America. Ryan is a member of The BACnet Advisory Board for ASHRAE as well as several committee and working groups for 62 and 90.1 standards. He has a B.S in Mathematics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Westerns Governors University. Several notable certifications: CESAM Architect, CEM, CCNP, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP,Smartscore and Wiredscore AP RCDD.
Randy Wolford

Randy Wolford has over twenty-five years of industry experience in Systems, Wireless, Network Infrastructure, and Enterprise Security. Randy’s expertise covers numerous aspects of consulting and solution delivery ranging from project management, business assessment, requirements analysis, solution design, process improvement, implementation and support. Concentration over the past ten years has been in the practice area of smart buildings, wireless and network security performing numerous engagements for Fortune 1000 clients. He holds numerous industry certifications, including Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Security and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Jason Shearer

Jason is the CTO for Workplace Transformation at Cisco, shaping the future of flexible work by embedding technology into projects from the start. With 20 years of experience in technical leadership and architecture, he’s led efforts in security, collaboration tech, and data center design. Formerly an enterprise architect in healthcare, he built multi-vendor solutions to meet complex business needs. Jason is also passionate about mentoring and runs career development programs to grow technical talent at Cisco. Based in Jackson, MS, he and his wife Wendi co-run a business that supports athletes and the community, while raising two sports-driven sons, Alan and Jake.

Robin is an accomplished CIO with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, where he has led the deployment of IT solutions in complex healthcare environments. He recently served on the board of an AI Applied Research Centre, advancing innovation and knowledge sharing to accelerate economic and social progress. Robin has also contributed to the development of generative AI tools for education, bringing cross-industry expertise in applying emerging technologies to create meaningful impact.
